About Us

A little more about your Reflexologist

This is me, Liz.
I live in Nazeing on the outskirts of London with my Partner & Rescue Dog.

I've lived my 54 years of life to the full. I have practiced Reflexology in the UK for over 10 years & travelled the world performing & facilitating Japanese Taiko workshops & seminars for over 24 years. I love gardening, being outdoors and creating handmade natural soaps Muddy Hippo Soaps

I believe life and experience can teach us a great deal, but we don't necessarily need to wait years for that true 'learning' to happen. Communication, integrity, education and resilience in life is key. Sometimes, we just need to stop, take time out and revaluate where we are and how we are going to progress forward.

M y personal mission and joy is help people empower themselves, to find their confidence & strength and to trust that life can be positive and rewarding.

I look forward to meeting you and working together!

BOOK SESSION

Did you know....

Reflexology is based on the principal that the body is mapped onto the feet, hands and ears and that working specific pressure points brings about change in the corresponding organs, glands or structures of the body. It is thought to help the free flow of energy around the body by improving the circulation and stimulating the organs of elimination. This is believed to bring the body back to a state of equilibrium, thereby promoting the body’s natural healing power.

Did you also know.......

There are 52 bones and 66 joints in the feet – that’s a quarter of the body’s bones.
  •  There are 250,000 sweat glands, 200+ muscles, ligaments and tendons in the feet.
  • We walk about 8,000 – 10,000 steps every day.
  • Each reflex point in the feet mirror each bodily organ. When worked on they can be stimulated or sedated, helping the body to re-balance its vital essence.
Reflexology is a great stress buster, leaving you walking on clouds!
