About Liz Walters

Having always been interested in alternative therapies I decided upon Reflexology because of its success stories and the fact that it involved direct contact with the Client but at a slightly less intrusive distance, working on the feet.

I had also already seen the benefits of Reflexology many years ago when using it (as an amateur) on a friend who was terminally ill. Witnessing the renewed energy, relief and comfort it brought to him at his darkest times, I decided a few years late to train as professional Reflexologist.

I qualified at the Central London School of Reflexology in 2006 and became a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
The Association of Reflexologists is the largest independent professional organisation of Reflexologists in the UK. It has currently 7,000 members, all of whom work to strict codes of practice and ethics and are comprehensively insured.

Having practiced now for over 5 years, I have seen the major benefits it brings not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Clients have contacted me from all walks of life and each one brings and presents their own unique life challenges and pictures, whether it's a Mum about to give birth or someone suffering from depression. I make sure that each of my Clients feels heard and is completely taken care of and that each of their individual lifestyles is accounted for. No one person is ever the same - that's the beauty of life!

Although I am very happy to see Clients at my home, I prefer to visit the Client in their own environment,  so that they can relax more fully in their own surroundings and also so they don't have to travel immediately before/ after the treatment (allowing the benefits to continue after the session).

I am happy to travel to anywhere in North, East or Central London.
